You love horses and would like to work in a warm, family-oriented farm team? Then you’ve come to the right place.
We offer you a beautiful workplace at Lake Altmühlsee in Wald. Reiterhof Altmühlsee is a hotel and guesthouse with 23 rooms and 11 apartments, a restaurant, a hotel lobby, and a riding stable with around 50 horses.
Responsibilities
- Caring for and looking after our horses
- Feeding, turning out and bringing in the horses, preparing the animals
- Light stable and yard duties (no mucking out)
- Maintenance of the grounds, paddocks, and pathways
- Supporting the daily operations of the riding facility
- Reliable and responsible teamwork
Requirements
- Experience in handling horses
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Enjoyment of physical work and working outdoors
- Sensitivity and a calm manner when working with horses
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Willingness to work weekends
